Kashalot

Kashalot Pepper is an early and mid-season hybrid variety characterized by high yield and large fruit size. The plant is compact or robust, reaching a height of 60 to 80 cm, making it suitable for cultivation both in open ground and indoors. Bushes are dense, with early and uniform flowering, high fruit set, and resistance to various diseases, including tobacco mosaic virus.

Fruits of the Kashalot pepper have a conical-prismatic shape with thick walls of 6-8 mm. In technical maturity, they are light green or dark green, and in biological maturity, they turn rich red. Fruit weight ranges from 220 to 650 grams, making them very large and striking. The fruits are juicy, flavorful, and have a delicate aroma, ensuring excellent taste qualities.

This variety is versatile in use: it is excellent for fresh consumption, roasting, stuffing, and canning. Due to its heat tolerance, high marketability, and ability to be stored and transported for long periods, Kashalot pepper is an excellent choice for both home gardens and commercial cultivation.
