Centro F1 onion is a high-yielding hybrid of bulb onion, characterized by stable growth and high harvest uniformity. The bulbs are round, with a dense structure and a diameter of 60 to 80 mm, weighing 100 to 150 grams. The hybrid features rapid growth and the formation of a strong plant with dense stems covered with a waxy coating. The flavor is mild-pungent, allowing the onion to be used in cooking without heat treatment. The light-straw-colored, firm outer layer ensures good storage during transportation and mechanical sorting.

Centro F1 is adapted to various climatic conditions, allowing its cultivation throughout Ukraine. It is resistant to stress, drought, and viral diseases, is not prone to scalding, and rarely produces seed stalks. The hybrid prefers abundant sunlight and demonstrates high yields with a vegetative period of approximately 110–120 days, with the optimal sowing period at the end of February – beginning of March.

Centro F1 onion is intended for long-term storage — under proper conditions, in a well-ventilated cool room, it can be stored for up to 10 months without quality loss. It is suitable for packaging, processing, mechanical harvesting, and long-term storage, making it a versatile choice for agricultural production.
