Hytune onion is a medium-late hybrid of bulb onion of the Rainsburger type, developed for cultivation in central and northern regions. The vegetation period is approximately 125-130 days, ensuring full bulb maturity. Bulbs have a round shape with a small neck, yellow color, and average weight of 130-150 grams. Due to its high dry matter content (up to 14%) and dense structure, this variety is ideal for long-term storage and transportation.

One of the key features of Hytune is its pronounced pungent taste and rich aroma, caused by a high content of essential oils. This makes the onion ideal for dishes requiring a strong onion flavor. Its robust and upright leaf rosette promotes good plant development, while its high resistance to vascular bacterial blight, Alternaria, thrips, and bolting ensures stable yields and reduces risk of losses.

Cultivation recommendations include a planting rate of 30-40 thousand plants per hectare, optimal for achieving maximum productivity. The hybrid is produced in the Netherlands and has high transportability, making it attractive for both farmers and commercial producers.
