Zlato Skifiv

Pepper "Zlatо Skifiv" is a high-yielding variety of sweet pepper with distinctly golden-yellow fruit. The plant forms a compact bush up to 60-70 cm tall, bearing large, cube-shaped fruits weighing 150 to 250 grams. The pepper walls are 7-9 mm thick, ensuring juicy, tender flesh with a thin skin and rich, sweet flavor with a subtle aroma. Thanks to these qualities, this variety is ideal for fresh consumption, cooking various dishes, and canning.

The ripening period is medium-early — from 100 to 120 days after emergence of seedlings. The fruiting is abundant and uniform, allowing for a high yield — up to 2-3 kg per square meter. The variety is resistant to diseases, simplifying care and increasing cultivation reliability. For planting, seedlings grown in trays or pots at an optimal temperature of 18-22°C are recommended. Before transplanting into open ground, seedlings should be hardened off, and the age of the plants should be about 40-50 days with 6-7 true leaves.
