Bonita

Bonita pepper is an early-maturing sweet pepper variety suitable for cultivation both in greenhouses and in open ground. The plant reaches a height of 50-55 cm and is characterized by high yield. The fruits have a straight or trapezoidal shape with 3-4 chambers and thin walls of 5-7 mm thickness. In technical maturity, they are ivory-colored, and in biological maturity — deep red. The average weight of the fruit ranges from 130 to 200 grams, and the size is approximately 12x8 cm.

This variety is known for its early ripening, allowing harvest from July to September. For successful cultivation, seedlings should be sown in March, followed by transplanting into the ground in May. Bonita pepper requires abundant watering and adapts well to conditions in plastic greenhouses and open ground. The fruits have excellent taste qualities, especially when preserved, and are also suitable for salads and stuffing.

In addition, the fruits contain a significant amount of microelements such as iron, potassium, calcium, magnesium, zinc, and others, which contribute to improving overall body tone.
