Bokal pepper is a medium-early sweet pepper with a relatively low-growing plant, reaching 70-80 cm in height. The plant bears densely arranged large, cube-shaped fruits with a diameter of about 12 cm and a weight of 250-300 g, forming attractive garlands. The fruits have thick walls (6-8 mm), and as they ripen, they fill with sweet juice and change color from light green to bright red, making them particularly attractive.
This variety adapts well to changing environmental conditions and is ideal for growing in open ground. However, young seedlings are recommended to be covered with plastic for better rooting and development. Seeds are sown for seedlings at the end of February, transplanting is performed at the cotyledon stage, and planting in the ground is done at the end of May. To form the bush, all side shoots and leaves should be removed up to the first fork, which promotes better development of main fruits.
