Pepper Florate

The Florate pepper is a sweet Bulgarian pepper featuring large, elongated-cuboid fruits with a bright red, glossy skin. Each fruit weighs up to 250 grams and measures approximately 12.5 by 10 cm. The flesh is thick, fruity-sweet, and crisp, making it ideal for fresh consumption, freezing, stuffing, and various preserves. Fruits ripen to a deep burgundy color and taste equally delicious whether green or red. The Florate variety is early-maturing and high-yielding, maturing in about 90 days after germination. Plants are tall with dense foliage that effectively protects the fruits from sunburn. This variety exhibits high resistance to diseases, including tobacco mosaic virus, and is tolerant of temperature fluctuations, making it a reliable choice for cultivation both in greenhouses and open fields. Florate is suitable for growing in various climatic conditions and provides a consistent yield. Thanks to its flavor and versatility, Florate pepper is widely used in culinary applications. Its large, sweet fruits are perfect for salads and various dishes and preserves. This variety combines high productivity, resistance to adverse conditions, and exceptional taste, making it popular among gardeners and farmers.
