Pepper variety "3 Bagatyr" is a medium-early, large-fruited variety with a vegetation period of 120 to 135 days. The plant is medium-height, reaching 55-70 cm, with a robust, spreading form and dense foliage that protects the fruit from sunburn and damage. The variety is highly adaptable to various soil types and climatic conditions, allowing successful cultivation both in open and protected ground.

The fruits are conical or prism-shaped, moderately ribbed, weighing 130 to 180 grams. As they ripen, they change color from olive or light green to a rich, intense red. The wall thickness is 5.5-8 mm, the flesh is fleshy, juicy, slightly sweet in taste, and protected by a dense, elastic skin. The fruits contain a significant amount of dry matter, sugars, and ascorbic acid, ensuring good flavor and versatility in use.

The "3 Bagatyr" variety is characterized by high yield — up to 5-7 kg per square meter — as well as resistance to several diseases, including tobacco mosaic virus, wilting, phytophthora, and blossom end rot. The pepper responds well to moderate watering and soil loosening. Due to its dense skin, the fruits have good transportability and can be stored for a long time under proper temperature conditions. This variety is widely used in culinary applications and is suitable for canning, freezing, and processing, imparting juiciness, vividness, and originality to dishes.
