Ariadni

Sweet pepper Ariadni F1 is an early-maturing hybrid developed by the Dutch breeding company Seminis. This variety is suitable for cultivation both in open ground and under cover, making it versatile and adaptable to various climatic conditions. The plant is medium-height, compact, and densely leafy, which contributes to high yield and ease of agronomic management. The fruiting period is 65-70 days after transplanting seedlings, enabling early harvest.

The fruits of Ariadni pepper have a conical shape typical of Hungarian type, up to 15-17 cm long and weighing 170-200 grams. The wall thickness varies from 5 to 9 mm, ensuring juicy and succulent flesh. In technical maturity, the fruits are light green or olive-colored, allowing harvest at this stage; upon reaching biological maturity, they turn bright red. The flesh has a pleasant taste and aroma, as well as good keeping quality during transport and storage.

The hybrid exhibits high resistance to major diseases such as blossom end rot and mosaic virus, as well as stress tolerance, making it low-maintenance in cultivation. Ariadni pepper shows prolonged fruiting and high productivity — up to 8-11 kg of fruit per square meter. Due to its attractive appearance and excellent taste, this variety is in high demand in fresh markets and is suitable for culinary use, canning, and processing.
