Pepper variety "38 Parrots" is a new early-maturing variety, suitable for cultivation both in open ground and in protected soil. From germination to the start of fruiting, it takes 93-106 days. The plant is semi-determinate, reaching a height of 50-60 cm, which ensures ease of care and harvest. Fruits are glossy, with an average weight of about 120 grams and a wall thickness of 5-6 mm, making them attractive and juicy.
This variety is versatile: fruits are suitable for salads, canning, pickling, stuffing, and preparing the traditional dish "lecho". Yield is approximately 9.5 kg per square meter, which is a good indicator for early-maturing varieties. The distinctive feature of "38 Parrots" is its resistance to low temperatures, allowing it to produce a stable yield even in cool summers.
The variety is grown using seedling method. Seedlings are transplanted at 60-70 days old, with 3-4 plants per square meter. It is recommended to grow pepper on a trellis with two-stem formation for better growth and fruiting. Regular watering, weeding, loosening, and feeding are necessary for successful growth and high-quality yield.
