WINNIE THE POOH

The sweet pepper 'Winnie-the-Pooh' is an early-maturing variety with a vegetation period of 107 to 130 days. The plant is compact and low-growing, reaching a height of about 25-30 cm, making it suitable for growing even on a windowsill. It is a determinate bush, ensuring uniform and stable fruiting. The seedling method is most commonly used for cultivation, and the variety is well-adapted to the conditions of the middle belt and suitable for open ground.

The fruits of the 'Winnie-the-Pooh' pepper have a conical shape with a pointed tip, colored bright red. The weight of one fruit ranges from 48 to 60 grams, and the thickness of the juicy, succulent flesh reaches 5-7 mm. The taste is characterized by high sugar content and juiciness, making this variety especially attractive for fresh consumption. Additionally, the fruits are well-suited for thermal processing and canning, retaining their flavor qualities.

The variety is distinguished by high yield — from one square meter, you can harvest 1.5 to 5 kg of fruits. The 'Winnie-the-Pooh' pepper is resistant to tobacco mosaic virus and tip rot, enhancing its reliability during cultivation. The harvested crop withstands transportation well and retains its market appearance for a long time, making this variety convenient for commercial cultivation and home use.
