Peony Tornado

The TORNADO peony variety belongs to the late-blooming group and features a bush about 65 cm tall with dark green leaves. The peduncles are straight and sturdy, reaching up to 90 cm in length, each bearing one double bomb-shaped flower with a diameter of 11 cm. The flowers are burgundy in color with a pleasant aroma, featuring a complex petal structure: the inner circle is lanceolate, while the outer circle is oblong-ovate. The stamen filaments and anthers are yellow, the pistil is red, and the stigma is raspberry-colored. Blooming lasts about 9 days, ensuring a prolonged decorative effect.
