Pear Vira

The 'Vira' pear is a late-winter variety of Ukrainian selection, distinguished by its large fruit size and high yield. The tree has medium growth vigor with a rounded-pyramidal crown, which ensures ease of care and harvesting. Leaves are medium-sized, dark green, oval-egg-shaped on long petioles. It bears fruit on simple and complex buds, contributing to stable and abundant harvests.

The fruits of the 'Vira' pear are large, weighing 240 to 260 grams, with a pear-shaped form and greenish-yellow coloration. The flesh is white, juicy, and oily, imparting excellent flavor qualities, confirmed by a tasting score of 4.9 points. The variety belongs to dessert types, making it especially attractive to consumers who appreciate rich, sweet taste.

The 'Vira' variety is characterized by high winter hardiness and resistance to diseases such as scab and spot diseases, significantly reducing the need for intensive plant protection and enhancing harvest reliability.
