Summer variety bred by the Samara Research Institute of Horticulture and Medicinal Plants 'Zhigulevskie Sady', obtained by crossing the varieties Bessemyanka and Pремиальная (Ussuriyskaya Ch Lyubimitsa Klappa). Trees are medium-growing with a broad-pyramidal, moderately dense crown, cold-resistant. Main branches emerge from the trunk at a right angle. Main fruiting types are rings and spear-shaped fruits. Flowering occurs in medium season.
Shoots are upright, curved, brownish-brown. Leaf buds are slightly protruding, relatively small, broad-conical. Buds are oval, medium-sized, numerous. Shoot-forming ability is medium, bud dormancy is high. Leaves are medium-sized, elongated with long petioles. Leaf blade is light green with fine serrated edges, slightly curved at the margins.
Fruits are short pear-shaped, form singly, average weight 110 g, relatively uniform in size, with smooth surface. Skin is smooth, yellowish-green, turns yellow upon full ripening, with numerous, medium-sized dots in the green areola. Seed cavity is medium-sized, rhomboid, upper. Seeds are egg-shaped, brown. Pedicel is medium length and thickness, slightly woody, straight or slightly curved, upright or slightly angled, sometimes slightly widened at the base. Calyx is small and narrow. Receptacle is open or semi-open. Dish is medium-sized, folded.
Flesh is white, tender, very juicy, slightly acidic-sweet, good flavor, rated 3.9-4.2 points in taste tests.
Fruits are ready for harvest in mid-August. Consumption period lasts up to three weeks.
Fruits have consistent flavor both year-to-year and depending on position in the tree crown.
Bears fruit annually from 6-7 years old, moderately. Resistance to scab and fruit rot is relatively high.
For fruiting trees, prefer pruning with thinning branches and removal of central leader.
