Description RUSSIAN AMBER
The "Russian Amber" grape variety belongs to early table varieties with a ripening period of 110-120 days. Berries are large, oval-round, white in color, acquiring a pinkish-amber hue when ripening in the sun. Berry size is 22-23 mm, weight 4-5 g. Flesh is fleshy and juicy, crunchy, with a delicate muscat aroma, which gives the grape a pleasant taste. Sugar content reaches 16-18%, acidity is within 7-8 g/l. Clusters are medium and large, conical in shape, often with a wing, weighing 350-500 g, not too dense.

The variety has high yield and fruitfulness, 2-3 inflorescences develop on a shoot, which requires short or medium pruning and removal of extra green shoots to prevent overloading of bushes. Shoots ripen well, which contributes to stable plant development. Leaves are medium-sized, five-lobed, grayish-green in color.

"Russian Amber" differs in frost resistance up to -22-24 °C, is resistant to downy mildew, but is susceptible to powdery mildew. Also, the variety has medium resistance to berry cracking and gray rot, but under excessive humidity berries can be spoiled. These features need to be taken into account when growing to ensure high quality of the harvest.
