Memory Grishko is a late-ripening domestic peach variety, obtained by crossing the Slavutich and Form 43 varieties. The tree is vigorous, forming a moderately dense, rounded crown of medium density, flowering in mid-April, and fruiting begins on the third year after planting. Depending on the region, seedlings are planted in autumn or spring. The variety is distinguished by increased cold resistance and immunity to pests, making it low-maintenance and reliable for cultivation in various climatic conditions. The fruits of the Memory Grishko variety are large, oval-shaped, with a cream-colored skin and intense red blush covering most of the fruit. The average weight of the fruits varies from 130 to 275 grams. The skin is dense and elastic, easily separating from the flesh. The flesh is yellow, very juicy, sweet with a pleasant acidity, providing a high sensory rating of 5 points. The fruits have high marketability and transportability, making them attractive for marketing and storage. Ripening occurs at the end of August to the first half of September, allowing this variety to be used for late harvest. The yield per tree is 45–50 kg. Among the advantages of the variety are high winter hardiness, large fruit size, resistance to powdery mildew, excellent taste qualities, and low maintenance requirements. All these characteristics make Memory Grishko an excellent choice for gardeners seeking high-quality, tasty peaches with good storage life.
