This variety was obtained at the K.A. Timiryazev Moscow Academy of Agriculture by A.V. Isachkin, N.V. Agafonov, and B.N. Vorob'ev from seed resulting from open pollination of the Kubanskaya Kometa variety. It was introduced into the State Register for the Central Region in 2004.
Tree is medium-sized. Crown is broad-conical and not dense.
Fruits are large, 37 g, round-oval in shape, uniform. Lateral suture is noticeable, of medium depth. Skin color is dark red-purple, with strong waxy coating. Pit is narrow, of medium depth. Fruit apex is flat. Skin is of medium thickness and firm. Peduncle is of medium length and thickness. Flesh is red, firm, and slightly fibrous. Taste is very good, sour-sweet, harmonious. Stone is of medium size, semi-detachable.
Variety is of universal use. Yield is medium. Winter hardiness is high. Relatively resistant to diseases.
Advantages: late-ripening variety, winter-hardy, fruits have good taste.
Disadvantages: self-sterile, relatively resistant to diseases.
