Tree of medium height and growth rate. Crown is spherical-plate-like, of medium density. Shoots are medium, straight and bent, reddish on the sun-exposed side, green on the underside, slightly hairy, with few small, medium-sized, white stipules. Buds are triple, two lateral generative, middle vegetative. Generative buds are primarily located on lower and middle parts of shoots. Leaves are medium-sized, broad, elliptical, long-pointed, dark green, shiny, leaf blade flat and downward curved, apex gradually pointed, base tapered. Leaf margin is finely serrated, finely toothed at apex. Petiole is long (8-10 mm), medium, pigmented, with 2-3 glands, medium-sized, dark. Flowers are solitary, bell-shaped, medium-sized, reddish. Fruits develop primarily on mixed shoots.
Fruits are medium-sized, one-dimensional, average weight 120 g, maximum 160 g, height 67 mm, diameter 62-61 mm in cross-section. Shape is round. Apex is moderately depressed with a groove, depression narrow and shallow, base with moderate depression, ventral suture of medium depth, prominent, pedicel short, thick, easily separates from branch. Main fruit color is yellow, covered with yellow-red spots. Skin is of medium thickness, with medium bloom, easily removable. Flesh is orange-yellow, medium density, tender-fibrous, juice colorless, sweet with pleasant acidity. Pit is medium-sized, easily separates from flesh, egg-shaped oval, pointed, with depressions, constitutes 6.14% of fruit weight.
Fruits ripen simultaneously on the tree. Keep for 8-10 days, transportable. Taste evaluation of fresh fruit — 4.6 points, compote — 4.7 points. Dry matter content — 12.75%, sugars — 9.01%, acids — 0.69%, ascorbic acid — 9.24 mg/100g. Variety of universal use.
Flowering period — April 15-18. Generative buds are not damaged by spring frosts; fruiting is annual. Age of fruiting onset — 5 years. Ripening period is late. Calendar date of harvest readiness — September 5-8, compared to control variety 'Elberta' — August 25-28. Yield from 1983-2000 — 87.3 centners/ha, maximum — 208 centners/ha. Moderately resistant to curly shoot disease, cluster rust, and frost.
