The 'Lakomyy' peach variety is an early-maturing variety of Ukrainian selection, included in the State Register of Ukraine varieties since 2012. Fruit ripening occurs in July, with fairly synchronized bearing. The fruits are of medium size, weighing about 110 grams, with a pale yellow color and a red diffuse blush covering almost the entire surface. The skin is thin, slightly fuzzy, and easily removed. The flesh is characterized by high juiciness and sweetness, a rich peach aroma, and a small pit that does not separate from the flesh.
The 'Lakomyy' peach tree is of medium height with an open canopy. The yield is moderate, reaching 115-120 centners per hectare in industrial plantings. The variety is distinguished by high frost resistance and good adaptation to areas with insufficient moisture, making it attractive for cultivation in various climatic conditions.
The fruits of the 'Lakomyy' peach are valued not only for their excellent taste and aroma but also for high quality, including good transportability. They are perfect for fresh consumption and are also used for the production of quality juices and purees. These characteristics make the 'Lakomyy' variety versatile and in demand among gardeners and consumers.
