The "Velten" pea is a valuable dietary product due to its high protein and sugar content, with yields reaching 0.8-1.4 kg per square meter. Early spring sowing is recommended on sunny parts of the plot, with seed depth of 4-6 cm and a spacing of 15x30 cm; plants require support.
