Pea RUS

The RUS pea variety is an early-maturing sugar type that matures 55-58 days after germination until the start of pod harvesting. The plant is a climber reaching up to 170 cm in height, which requires staking for proper growth. The pods of this variety are long, wide, slightly curved with a pointed tip, containing 8-10 peas. Pod walls are thick and fleshy without a parchment layer, ensuring excellent taste qualities at technical maturity.

This pea variety is a valuable dietary product due to its high protein and sugar content, making it a healthy and nutritious vegetable. The yield of the RUS variety ranges from 0.8 to 1.4 kg per square meter. For sowing, early spring, a sunny location, and a seed sowing depth of 4-6 cm with row spacing of 15x30 cm are recommended.

Pea RUS is easy to grow, suitable for both experienced gardeners and beginners. Thanks to its nutritional properties and ease of care, this variety will be an excellent addition to your garden, providing a tasty and healthy harvest.
