DELICATE LACE

Parsley of the variety 'Delicate Lace' is a mid-season leafy variety with curly, delicate, and aromatic greens. The leaf rosette is semi-upright, about 20 cm high, with dark green, small leaves of wide-triangular shape and a strongly ruffled edge. Petioles are short and thin, without anthocyanin. This variety is distinguished by its high yield — the mass of greens from one plant reaches 70-90 grams, and the yield per square meter is 4.1-4.7 kg. Thanks to its high aromaticity and decorative qualities, parsley is excellent for decorating and serving various dishes.

The variety 'Delicate Lace' is intended for multiple green harvests and can be grown in open ground and in pot culture at home, including the autumn-winter period. The plant quickly grows new shoots after cutting, ensuring a constant supply of fresh greens. For sowing, it is recommended to use moistened furrows with a distance between plants of 3-5 cm and between rows of 15-25 cm. Seeds should be soaked in warm water for a day before sowing, and to speed up germination, the seedlings should be covered with film. Fertile, loose loamy and loamy sandy soils with a deep plough layer are preferred.

Parsley 'Delicate Lace' is not only tasty and aromatic, but also beneficial: it contains vitamins, essential oils and mineral salts. Greens are used fresh, dried, frozen, canned and salted as a spice and condiment. In addition, leaf juice is used for cosmetic purposes for skin whitening and removing freckles and dark spots on the face.
