Onion MAYSKY

Onion MAYSKY is a multi-year late-maturing variety of leek intended for salad use. The vegetative period of this variety lasts 140-150 days, which ensures a long collection period of fresh and juicy greens, especially during periods when other leek varieties already lose their taste qualities. The leaves of this onion are tender, thin, and do not toughen for a long time, while the taste differs by a sharp and refreshing note, which makes it popular among green lovers.

The feature of the MAYSKY variety is a short false stem and an undeveloped bulb shape, which is characteristic of leeks. The yield is about 2.5 kg per square meter, which allows for a stable supply of greens over a long period. The onion does not require winter cover and differs in high disease resistance, which significantly eases plant care.

Growing onion MAYSKY does not require special conditions and is suitable for various regions and soil types. Its unpretentiousness and ability to keep green quality for a long time make this variety an excellent choice for those who want to provide themselves with tasty and nutritious greens for several seasons. Planting can be done both in winter and in spring, which allows flexible planning of cultivation depending on climatic conditions.
