About product
A high-tech onion variety designed specifically for industrial processing and efficient mechanical harvesting.
Description
Working with 'Kankan' Onion
Working with the 'Kankan' variety from 'Vashe Khozyaystvo' has proven to be a reliable choice for producers who prioritize high-quality standards for their raw materials.
Field Performance and Mechanization
The outer scales are robust, effectively reducing the damage rate during the use of harvesters and automated warehouse equipment.
Key Advantages for Processing
- Consistent yield of high-quality produce after peeling.
- Resistance to mechanical impact: bulbs do not crack during bin transportation.
- Dense flesh structure that retains quality during storage before it reaches the processing line.
Cultivation does not require complex or unusual protocols; standard protection and irrigation schemes yield stable results. When proper planting density is maintained, 'Kankan' performs well during the drying process, significantly lowering the risk of rot during long-term storage.
