Millet Kornberger Mittelfruhe

Genetic Potential and Adaptability

The «Kornberger Mittelfruehe» millet variety by «RVA Ukraina» is a selection solution focused on obtaining stable yields in temperate climatic conditions. The key feature of this variety lies in its balanced vegetation cycle, which allows the crop to effectively utilize moisture during critical growth phases, minimizing risks during summer droughts.

Morphological Features and Productivity

• Stem Architecture: The variety demonstrates high resistance to lodging, which is crucial for intensive farming practices. A strong stalk provides reliable support for the panicle during the grain-filling period.
• Panicle Parameters: The optimal density and length of the panicle contribute to uniform ripening, which reduces losses during mechanical harvesting.
• Grain Quality: The grain possesses high test weight, which determines the milling yield and makes the variety highly sought after by processing facilities.

Agrotechnological Aspect

The use of «Kornberger Mittelfruehe» in crop rotation is justified by its response to nitrogen fertilization and the phytosanitary state of the fields. The variety's genetics allow for flexible protection schemes, maintaining yield potential even with seasonal weather variability. Thanks to the variety's typical uniformity, agronomists note predictable ripening dates, which simplifies harvest logistics.

To achieve maximum productivity, «RVA Ukraina» recommends adhering to optimal sowing times, ensuring quality seed placement in warmed soil. This creates the conditions for uniform emergence, which serves as the foundation for a successful harvest.
