Melon Capri

Capri F1 melon is an early-hybrid variety with portion-sized fruits, ideal for cultivation both in open ground and greenhouses. From germination to the start of harvest, it takes 80-85 days, allowing for a quick harvest. The plant is powerful and strong, actively forming second-order and subsequent shoots, which contributes to high yield and the formation of up to 4-5 fruits per plant with proper agronomy.

Capri melon fruits have an oval shape and medium-netted greyish-green rind, weighing between 1.5 and 2.0 kg. The flesh is a rich orange-pink color, very juicy, sweet, and has a pleasant texture with high sugar content. Due to these qualities, the melon has an excellent taste and aroma, making it popular among gardeners and those who enjoy home-grown produce.

The hybrid is characterized by good transportability and shelf life of the fruits, allowing them to maintain freshness during transport and storage. Additionally, Capri melon is resistant to diseases such as Fusarium wilt and powdery mildew, which significantly eases care and increases the chances of a successful harvest.
