Early-maturing watermelon hybrid of the 'Ananas' type. Fruit shape is oval, weighing 2.5-3 kg (but fruits over 4 kg are not uncommon), with large, distinctly prominent netting on the rind. Flesh is white with a strong aroma. Seed cavity is small. Plant is vigorous with abundant and uniform fruit set. High-yielding, excellent for long-distance transport. Traditional flavor and aroma for this type. High hybrid potential yields 50-60 t/ha with planting density of 6-8 thousand plants per hectare. Hybrid is resistant to fusarium wilt, dry rot, and false powdery mildew. Very popular among professional producers in Ukraine and a leader in Eastern European countries.
