VASILY

Vasily – a new early-ripening blueberry bush variety with bright blue berries up to 1.8 g, combining a tart-sweet taste with a rich aroma. The berries have a vase shape and are covered with a waxy bloom, giving them a sheen and increasing their durability against external factors. Due to the high content of vitamins C, A, P, anthocyanins, and antioxidants, the berries are suitable for both fresh consumption and making jams, compotes, juices, and confectionery products.

The plant is easy to grow: a shrub 1–2 m tall grows in any soil, does not require special care or pest treatment. It is resistant to diseases, heat, and drought, as well as withstands frosts down to –30 °C (under some conditions even down to –40 °C), making it an ideal choice for northern and central regions. High yield is achieved as early as the 2nd–3rd year after planting, while maximum growth is observed in the 6th–8th year.

Vasily is easy to grow both in open ground and at home from potted seedlings.
