YOZHKAROLINKA

The YozhkAROLinka strawberry variety is a large-fruited remontant strawberry bred in the late 1980s. The bushes are of medium size, spreading, with moderate foliage and light green leaves. The berries have a conical shape, red in color with orange-red juicy flesh, weighing about 8–12 grams. The taste of the berries is pleasant with noticeable acidity; sugar content reaches 10.2%, which gives them a rich aroma and juiciness. Flower stalks are located at the level of leaf plates, and the plant has few runners, which facilitates care for plantings. YozhkAROLinka is characterized by an early maturity period: fruiting begins in July and continues until autumn frosts, ensuring a long harvest period. The yield of the variety is high — up to 193–200 centners per hectare. The plant is resistant to winter wet rot, tolerates shading and drought well, and is adapted to various soil types and climatic conditions. Thanks to these qualities, the variety is popular among gardeners who prefer remontant varieties with a long fruiting period. Despite many advantages, the variety has some features: berries have low transportability, which requires careful handling during harvesting and transportation. In addition, to maintain high yield, annual planting of rosettes is recommended. YozhkAROLINKA is suitable for fresh consumption and is versatile in application, making it an excellent choice for personal gardens and commercial cultivation.
