Lettuce Pajero

Consistent Yield Regardless of Weather Conditions

The 'Pajero' leaf lettuce from Dutch breeders Enza Limited is a top choice for professional growers who prioritize risk mitigation. Unlike many varieties that are sensitive to temperature fluctuations and specific lighting requirements, 'Pajero' exhibits exceptional tolerance to environmental stressors. This makes it an optimal solution for continuous cultivation cycles, ensuring a high-quality marketable harvest over an extended period.

Disease Resistance as a Foundation for Profitability

The main challenge in growing leaf lettuce, both in greenhouses and open fields, is high susceptibility to fungal and viral infections. 'Pajero' addresses this through its genetically built-in resistance to downy mildew and lettuce mosaic virus. For an agronomist, this translates to reduced expenditures on fungicides and insecticides; for the business, it means higher yields of sellable produce without compromising quality.

Market-Ready Features

• Plant Type: Leaf. It forms a dense, attractive rosette that withstands transportation exceptionally well.
