Exam salad is a type of lettuce variety Salanova with bright green color and deeply lobed leaves. The leaves have a crisp texture, sweet taste, and shiny surface. Thanks to the oxidation-blocking juice technology (Knox™), the lettuce maintains freshness and crispness during packaging, making it ideal for consumption both individually and as part of green mixes.

This variety is characterized by high growth vigor and speed, allowing it to be grown under various conditions: in open and protected soil, as well as hydroponically. The recommended planting density is 10-13 plants per square meter. Exam is resistant to bolting, false powdery mildew, lettuce aphids, and leaf necrosis, ensuring a stable and high-quality harvest throughout the season.

Exam lettuce is suitable for both mechanical and manual harvesting, has a long storage period, and excellent taste qualities. Its large rosette and uniform leaf size make this variety convenient for various culinary uses, ensuring freshness and an attractive appearance of finished dishes.
