Exact salad is a mid-season leafy frisee variety with light green leaf color, developed by the Dutch company Rijk Zwaan. It is characterized by its crisp texture and bright green color, making it attractive for use in fresh salad mixes. The salad is highly nutritious, rich in vitamins, and has excellent flavor qualities.

This variety is suitable for cultivation both outdoors and indoors, including hydroponic systems. The maturation period is 48 to 56 days, with an average plant weight of about 500 grams. Exact is resistant to adverse weather conditions, including heat and minor frosts down to -5 degrees, as well as resistant to diseases such as powdery mildew, mosaic virus, and premature flowering.

For successful cultivation, regular watering, timely weed removal, and application of mineral fertilizers are recommended. Seeds germinate well at temperatures from +16 to +17 degrees. The salad tolerates long-distance transportation without quality loss, making it convenient for commercial production and sales.
