Cancan lettuce is a mid-season leafy endive type Frise, developed by breeders from the company Hazera of the Netherlands. This hybrid variety is characterized by high resistance to stressful conditions, bolting, and major diseases, including false powdery mildew, viruses, and rots. Thanks to its strong, flat head base that does not rot in the soil, the lettuce demonstrates high storage potential and retains its marketable appearance for a long time.

The plant forms green heads with curly, uniform, crisp leaves of medium thickness, weighing between 450 to 800 grams when cut. The variety is suitable for cultivation both in open ground and in protected environments, as well as in hydroponics. It responds well to regulated watering and does not require additional fertilization when planted in fertile soil.

Cancan lettuce meets agronomic standards and is recommended for planting at a density of 80-100 thousand plants per hectare.
