Tubers have an oval-round shape with a skin that can be yellow with blue tints, light pink, or red, while the flesh is always white and does not darken upon processing. Average tuber weight ranges from 70 to 195 grams, with 7–12 tubers per plant. Starch content varies between 11–22%, making this variety versatile for various culinary purposes, including salads, soups, frying, and processing into starch.
