Description RUSSALITCHKA
Russalitchka is a variety of annual rucola (Raphanus sativus), belonging to the mustard family. The plant height ranges from 30 to 60 cm, and the leaves possess a sharp and appetizing taste, characteristic of aromatic vegetables. Thanks to their aroma and nutty-spicy flavor, rucola Russalitchka is widely used both fresh (salads) and when stewed or boiled.

The variety is distinguished by high yield: leaf harvesting begins as early as 4–6 weeks after sowing and continues until the appearance of flowering stalks. This makes it convenient for multiple cultivation in open ground. Russalitchka is rich in nutrients – contains a lot of potassium, vitamin C, minerals, organic acids, and essential oils, which increases its nutritional value.

Russalitchka grows well in open ground and protected areas, is not afraid of cold, however, it does not tolerate heat well. This makes the variety suitable for cultivation in moderate climatic conditions, where sufficient humidity and coolness can be ensured during the summer months.
