Gurman

Gurman is an early arugula variety that brings harvest quickly, within 20-25 days after sowing. The rosettes are large, consisting of 12-18 leaves, with each leaf weighing from 30 to 80 grams. The leaves have a slightly bumpy surface and a rich green color, while maintaining a delicate texture.

The taste of 'Gurman' arugula is a combination of nutty-mustard piquant notes with a slight bitterness, which complements fish, meat, seafood, and various salads perfectly. Due to the high content of vitamins and trace elements, consuming fresh greens helps lower cholesterol, normalize digestion, and accelerate metabolism.

For growing 'Gurman' arugula, fertile, neutral, loose soils are preferred. The crop grows easily both in open ground and in containers: seeds can be soaked for 10-15 minutes at +50 °C to speed up germination. Sowing is done at a depth of 0.5-0.8 cm with a 15-20 cm interval between plants; if necessary, agrofiber can be used until seedlings appear. The green yield reaches 1.3-1.8 kg/m², making the variety especially attractive for gardeners and fans of fresh salads.
