Dikovina greens is a new fast-growing crop that allows you to get the first harvest as early as two weeks after germination. The plant forms a compact rosette of leaves 18–20 cm high; the mass of one plant is 18–20 g, and the total yield reaches 1.7 kg/m².
Dikovina is characterized by a long period of maintaining marketable appearance and a late onset of bolting. The taste of its leaves resembles spicy rocket, making the greens universal in cooking: they go perfectly with fish, meat, seafood, and are also suitable for vegetable salads, dishes with young potatoes, and legumes.
The benefits of regular consumption of Dikovina are obvious – hemoglobin levels increase, metabolic processes improve, and the nervous system is strengthened. Thanks to the high content of provitamin A and low caloricity, the greens are often called the "beauty salad," which helps maintain good shape.
