CHUDESNICA

The 'Chudesnica' arugula variety is an early-maturing and cold-hardy type, ready for harvest just 20–25 days after germination. The leaves are large, juicy, with a tender crisp structure and a rich green color, adding a bright zest to dishes due to a slight bitterness and delicate aroma.

This arugula is rich in vitamins C, K, and A, as well as minerals like calcium, magnesium, and iron. Thanks to these properties, it becomes an excellent addition to a healthy diet, especially in salads and as a side dish for meat and fish dishes.

'Chudesnica' is grown in ecologically clean conditions without the use of chemicals and pesticides, preserving its natural taste and beneficial properties. The yield is 2.1–2.3 kg/m², and the plants do not quickly bolt, maintaining high consumer quality. For sowing seeds in open ground, a depth of 1–1.5 cm and sowing intervals every 10–15 days are recommended. Regular harvesting, timely watering, weeding, loosening, and fertilizing ensure stable growth and allow harvesting greens with a delicate taste until flower stalks appear.
