Atlanta

Atlanta – an early-maturing rocket variety, developed by Italian breeders and recommended for growing in open ground in all climatic zones of the country. Seeds germinate at temperatures not lower than +8 °C, and the period from full germination to the beginning of commercial maturity is 25 days.

The plant reaches a height of about 11 cm and has a rosette diameter of approximately 8 cm. The mass of one plant is 35 g. Leaves are green, medium-sized, slightly wrinkled, with a sharp nutty-mustard flavor, making them ideal for salads and side dishes to meat and fish dishes.

The yield of greens is 1.7 kg/m². The variety is suitable both for garden-plot growing and for greenhouse conditions, providing fresh greens throughout the year. It was included in the register of approved varieties in 2022 and recommended for cultivation in all regions of the country.
