Description NEAPOLETANO
Inda – a popular culinary culture that quickly forms a green harvest within 20‑25 days from germination. The deeply cut leaves possess a mildly sharp mustard flavor and a subtle nutty aroma, making them ideal for use as young leaves in summer salads or as a side dish for meat and fish dishes.

Inda's leaf rosette is powerful and tall, with each leaf weighing 25‑30 g. This allows for a green mass yield of about 3 kg/m² under optimal growing conditions. The culture grows excellently in open and protected ground, and can also be successfully cultivated at home.

As an alternative, you can consider the frost-resistant green culture "arugula", a mid-season variety, which takes 60 days from germination to flowering. Arugula greens are ready for consumption 20‑25 days after sowing and until the start of flowering. Arugula leaf rosettes are also powerful, about 20 cm high, weighing 20‑25 g, with a yield of 2.0–2.2 kg/m². For a continuous green supply, seeds are sown several times per season with an interval of 10‑15 days.
