Description Southern Night
Southern Night is an early-maturing variety of garden rocket (indau) that starts yielding as early as 26‑30 days after seedlings emerge. The leaf rosette has a semi-upright appearance, and each leaf weighs about 20–25 grams. The leaves are lyrate, large, and deeply lobed, with a light green color that lends dishes a bright aroma thanks to their spicy-mustard-olive flavor.

Young tender rocket leaves are ideal for salads, vegetable and meat side dishes, and add elegance to pizzas. Due to its hardiness, the plant is easy to grow both in open ground and in pots. Sowing is done from April to August at a depth of 1 cm.

For successful growth, rocket requires frequent watering but does not need complex care. This makes the variety an ideal choice for those who want to quickly get a tasty harvest without extra hassle.
