Green 'For Health' is an early-ripening fast-growing green culture that can be grown in both open and protected ground. The period from germination to marketable maturity is 20‑25 days, and under optimal conditions, the yield reaches 2.0–2.2 kg/m². The leaf rosettes have vertical growth, a height of 20‑24 cm, and a mass of 20‑30 g, which makes them easy to harvest and use in dishes.

The variety is distinguished by its rich nutty-mustard flavor and light aroma, as well as high iodine, iron, vitamin C, PP, B group, and other biologically active substances content. Thanks to its high nutritional value, green 'For Health' is perfect for fresh consumption in salads, smoothies, or as a side dish to main courses.

The cultivation process is simple: seeds are sprouted for 7‑10 days, after which aromatic shoots appear. Cut them slightly above the roots – and you will get a ready harvest. After harvesting, the greens can be stored in the refrigerator for up to five days by placing them in a container or plastic bag. If desired, use the remaining containers to re-sprout new seeds. The variety guarantees the absence of GMOs and high quality of each batch.
