EMERALD PATTERNS

The early-maturing green variety "Emerald Patterns" is characterized by high vegetative mass and rapid growth: the yield reaches 2.5 kg/m² within 24–30 days after germination. The plant rosette is densely foliated, reaching a height and diameter of about 30 cm at technical maturity, with a single plant weighing approximately 30 g. The leaves are long and wide, with a light aroma and mustard-nut flavor, making them especially valuable for cooking.

To obtain greens in a continuous mode, several repeated sowings are recommended throughout the season every 10–15 days. At the same time, seedlings are gradually thinned: the removed plants can be used as food, while the remaining ones allow for denser and faster growth. Regular watering is necessary to maintain the quality of the greens; a lack of moisture leads to bitterness.

The yield is harvested before the appearance of flower stalks to preserve the freshness and aroma of the leaves. This approach ensures a stable supply of high-quality greens throughout the season.
