Harmony

The 'Harmony' grape variety represents a promising table hybrid form of early ripening, with a maturation period of about 120-125 days. Bushes possess medium growth strength, the flower is bisexual. Bunches of this variety are conical, of medium density, weighing from 400 to 600 grams. Berries are very large, oval or oval-cone shaped, light green in color, with fleshy-juicy pulp and moderately dense skin. The taste is harmonious with sugar content of 14-18 g/100 cm³ and acidity of 4.5-5.5 g/dm³, which makes the grape particularly attractive for fresh consumption. The variety is characterized by high frost resistance up to -24°C and resistance to main grape diseases: high to downy mildew, medium to powdery mildew, and resistance to gray rot. Shoots ripen very well, which contributes to a stable yield and berry quality. Due to high transportability, 'Harmony' grape is suitable for long-term transportation and storage, retaining its taste and commercial qualities. This variety was bred at the Anapa Zonal Experimental Station of Viticulture and Winemaking and is intended primarily for table use. It is distinguished by strong bush growth and possesses good resistance to frosts and diseases, making it a reliable choice for growing in various climatic conditions. 'Harmony' grape is suitable for fresh consumption and can also be used for making dessert wines due to its high technological qualities.
