MIVER is a pea variety that matures uniformly within 42-45 days. The pods are dark green, uniform in size, and possess high sweetness, juiciness, and a tender texture, giving them an exquisite taste. The first harvest can be taken as early as early July. MIVER peas are widely used fresh and are also suitable for canning, drying, and freezing. For successful cultivation, the crop particularly requires moisture during flowering and pod formation. Additionally, the variety is lodging-resistant, which eases care and harvest. To enhance quality and yield, it is recommended to use mineral fertilizer containing boron and molybdenum. This fertilizer activates the movement of carbohydrates from vegetative to generative plant organs, stimulates the formation of fruiting parts, increases fruit sugar levels, and improves their pigmentation. The preparation helps extend product shelf life and is applied during the growing season at a dosage of 1–2.5 L/ha. MIVER pea seeds are also suitable for sprouting, allowing you to obtain beneficial sprouts rich in vitamins A, C, E, PP, B group, as well as minerals—magnesium, zinc, iron, and calcium. Pea sprouts have anti-atherogenic and rejuvenating properties due to the presence of lysine, which helps dissolve cholesterol deposits. They are easily digested by the body, maintain acid-base balance, and can be used in salads, side dishes, and sandwiches, as well as serving as a tasty and healthy appetizer.
