Description PYATACHOK
The Pyatachok eggplant variety is a mid-season type, maturing approximately 108 days after seedling emergence. The plant is of medium height and semi-spreading, which facilitates care and cultivation. The fruits have a spherical shape, a glossy surface, and a light violet hue with tender white flesh, completely free from bitterness. The average weight of one fruit ranges from 300 to 320 grams, making them convenient for culinary use.

The Pyatachok variety is distinguished by its high taste qualities and is widely used in culinary processing thanks to its delicate flavor and ease of preparation. It does not require additional shaping or tying, which simplifies agronomy. The plant is well-suited for growing in both spring film-covered greenhouses and unheated greenhouses, as well as in winter heated greenhouses.

For optimal cultivation, sowing for seedlings is recommended at the end of February, with pricking out at the cotyledon stage and transplanting into open ground at the end of May. Plant shaping involves removing side shoots and leaves up to the first fork, leaving 5-6 of the largest fruits by the end of July, removing the rest of the flowers and fruits. The planting scheme is 40x60 cm. The variety's yield reaches 5.3 kg per square meter, making it attractive for both commercial and home cultivation.
