Description Pushok
Pu Shok is an early eggplant variety, maturing 110-120 days after planting. The plant is of medium height, reaching 160-180 cm, with a compact shape and medium-sized green leaves. This variety is suitable for cultivation both in film greenhouses and in open ground, making it universal for various climatic conditions and household plots.

The Pu Shok eggplant fruits have an oval shape and a medium mass of about 200-210 grams. At technical maturity, they have a milky-white color with a velvety and pleasant-to-touch skin, and at biological maturity, they acquire an amber-yellow hue. The fruit flesh is white, tender, without bitterness, with increased content of dry matter, vitamins, and microelements, making them especially beneficial and tasty. Due to the delicate mushroom taste, exquisite culinary dishes can be prepared from Pu Shok, as well as used for canning.

Plants of this variety set fruit well and are heavily loaded with fruits, ensuring a high and stable yield over a long period of fruiting. All fruits differ in uniformity and good transportability. In addition, Pu Shok eggplants completely lack thorns on the calyx, which significantly facilitates the harvesting process and increases convenience in working with the plant.
