TSARSKY IKRA

Tsarsky Ikra is an early and high-yielding eggplant variety intended for growing both in open ground and in polyethylene greenhouses. The vegetative period of this variety is from 90 to 110 days, which allows for a harvest in a short time. The plant is compact, up to 70 cm high, which facilitates care and fruit harvesting.

The fruits of the Tsarsky Ikra variety have a pear shape and a smooth, glossy skin of a rich black-violet color. The weight of one fruit varies from 200 to 500 grams. The flesh is light, practically seedless, distinguished by a delicate taste and absence of bitterness, which makes this variety particularly attractive for culinary use.

The variety is universal in application: it is excellent for home cooking, canning, and freezing. Thanks to its taste qualities and flesh structure, Tsarsky Ikra is considered one of the best varieties for preparing eggplant caviar.
