Ergon Seed's Dutch hybrid, 'Chester F1' eggplant, is a high-yielding early-maturing variety. The plant's vegetation period is 65-75 days from transplanting to permanent location, allowing for an early harvest of large fruits. Suitable for both open and protected soil cultivation, with a recommended planting density of 30-45 thousand plants per hectare. The plant reaches 1-1.2 meters in height, develops a strong root system and leaf mass, which protects it from sunburn, and requires staking during fruiting.

The 'Chester' eggplant fruits have a cylindrical shape, 18-25 cm long and an average weight of 250-400 grams. The skin is dense and deep purple, protecting the flesh from mechanical damage. The flesh is snowy white, firm and crisp, with a small seed cavity in the center. The fruits are free of bitterness and rich in microelements and vitamins, making them suitable for fresh consumption, canning, and freezing.

The 'Chester F1' hybrid is characterized by stable yields of 40-60 tons per hectare and high adaptability to various cultivation technologies and weather conditions. Due to its excellent taste and attractive appearance, this variety is in high demand both in retail markets and for industrial processing.
