The Sevastopol dill variety belongs to medium-late types and is intended for the production of greens and spices. This variety has semi-erect leaf rosettes, is highly leafy, and forms about 12 large leaves up to 20 cm long. The leaves are light green, tender, and dissected into thread-like segments, giving them high aromaticity and excellent taste qualities.

The commercial yield begins 41-44 days after the emergence of full seedlings, allowing for the harvest of juicy and tender greens at the optimal time. The mass of greens per plant is 20-30 grams, and the average yield reaches 160 centners per hectare or 1.3 kg per square meter. The variety is valued for the simultaneous formation of greens and a long period of marketing viability.
